Cost Specialist (Saudi National)

Job Summary
Cost Specialist (Saudi National) responsible for cost control, budgeting, invoicing, cost forecasting, and variance analysis on large projects. Develop and maintain project cost baselines with WBS, coordinate with planning and project teams, provide earned value and cost performance reporting, and prepare weekly/monthly cost tracking reports. Interfaces with clients as needed and supports the Project Director in cost-related decision-making. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field, 4+ years cost management experience, SOCPA-registered certificate, strong English, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.
