Job Summary

Develop and maintain Earned Value Management data for project schedules, ensuring accurate representation of work progress and control for deviations. Maintain project management artifacts including WBS, OBS, and RAM while implementing the EVM system to analyze variances. Plan and schedule work using tools like Primavera, prepare inputs for monthly PMO reporting, and drive the development of the Performance Measurement Baseline. Support Risk & Opportunities assessments and assist with financial data analysis. This role supports the Thales Australia AWS business, which provides ship repair, maintenance, and asset management capabilities for commercial and naval ships in Australia.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualification in Business or Engineering, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of project management lifecycle
  • Proficiency in EVM system tools (e.g., Cobra)
  • Experience with Primavera and scheduling tools
  • Basic knowledge of schedule health checks
  • Scheduling expertise in PERT and CPM analysis
  • Financial and budgetary control experience
  • Australian Citizenship to be eligible for clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Technical understanding of the project domain (desirable)
  • Experience in the development project engineering lifecycle (desirable)
