Cost Representative I–III progression within the Project Cost department focusing on maintaining earned value progress and actual cost data, supporting cost control, performing analytics, and producing reports that inform financial decision-making. Roles evolve from learning cost processes and data integrity to advanced analytics, leadership, and procedural compliance. Primary objective is to support project cost control by maintaining system accuracy, generating analytics, and delivering reports reflecting earned value and actual costs; as employees progress, they take on more complex tasks, contribute to strategic decision-making, and may lead or mentor others.
