Track and expedite the progress of Cost Benefit Optimization (BCO) ideas, ensuring application timelines meet SOP targets while evaluating and warning of risks related to technical lead times, component ordering, and ECR approvals. Manage the utilization of obsolete and long-stored components to clean up warehouse space, verifying investment costs against potential savings before deciding on reuse, rework, or scrapping. Create technical assessments for BCO feasibility regarding component quality, manufacturability, and production process impacts, then register ideas on TFS and update relevant information including investment costs, savings, and ECR numbers. Analyze EBOM and MBOM data to verify impacted parts numbers and confirm supplier and market applicability, while using Power BI to generate lists of high-value obsolete components for potential reuse. Conduct technical discussions with manufacturing engineers and module leads to validate design specifications and feasibility, ensuring compliance with quality standards and homologation requirements in Vietnam and international markets.
