Job Summary
Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join the Atlanta team supporting data center clients; responsibilities include advising clients on strategies, managing vendor prequalification and bids, developing project estimates, reviewing and presenting cost reports and forecasts, maintaining commercial risk registers, overseeing change orders and invoicing, conducting post-contract audits, and delivering value engineering recommendations; requires a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and 3–5 years of cost management experience in construction; RICS accreditation or progress towards it is valuable; on-site presence may vary by client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry, with exposure to data center, mission-critical, or highly serviced projects preferred
- RICS accredited or working towards it is valuable
