Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager

Conduct measurement of all elements for preparation of cost plans, pricing individual items from first principles, and compiling benchmarking and market intelligence data. Prepare cost reports, tender recommendation reports, and assessment of contractor variations and payment claims for submission to the Superintendent. Utilize the Hive digital offering for implementation of all deliverables. Requires 3+ years post-graduate experience, AIQS of RICS membership, and experience across the project life cycle including pre-contract, procurement, and post contract activities.
