Job Summary
Cost Manager/Senior Cost Manager for Data Centre projects responsible for cost planning across the project life cycle. Responsibilities include pricing items from first principles, preparing cost reports, assessing tender returns and tender recommendations, evaluating contractor variations, processing contractor payment claims, compiling benchmarking and market intelligence data, and utilizing the Hive digital tool for deliverables. Requires 3+ years post graduate experience, RICS membership path, and experience with CostX; end-to-end cost management experience across pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities. Hybrid work arrangement in Auckland, NZ.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years post graduate experience
- RICS member or on the pathway to membership
- Experience in CostX
- Experience across the life cycle of projects (pre-contract, procurement, post contract)
