Job Summary
Conduct measurement of all elements for cost plan preparation and price individual items from first principles. Prepare cost reports, tender recommendation reports, and payment recommendation reports for contractor variations and claims. Compile benchmarking and market intelligence data while utilizing the Hive digital offering for all deliverables. Requires 3+ years post-graduate experience, RICS membership, and proficiency in CostX across the full project life cycle. This role supports Turner & Townsend's global cost management capabilities within real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years post graduate experience
- RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership
- Experience across the life cycle of projects with experience in pre-contract, procurement, and post contract activities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in CostX preferred
