Job Summary
Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor role in Amsterdam overseeing commercial and contractual performance of data centre projects and related sectors. Responsible for value-for-money delivery, cost planning and estimating, post-contract and procurement duties, compliance with environmental, health, safety, security and quality standards, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to deliver on client objectives. The role involves working within a team to manage budgets, contracts and processes across projects in data centres, commercial, life sciences and industrial sectors, with opportunities for development through APC mentoring and tailored training. Hybrid working arrangement in place.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline.
- Mechanical & Electrical and Cost Management experience.
- CSA Cost Management experience.
- Data Centre experience.
- Proven technical / project delivery experience.
- Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts.
