Job Summary
Measure all elements for cost plan preparation and price individual items from first principles, including market engagement. Prepare cost reports, assess tender returns and contractor variations, and evaluate payment claims to generate payment recommendations for the Superintendent. Compile benchmarking and market intelligence data while utilizing the digital offering, Hive, for all deliverables. Requires 2-3 years post-graduate experience, RICS membership or pathway, and experience across pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract project life cycles. Hybrid work arrangement available.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years post graduate experience
- AIQS of RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership
- Experience across the life cycle of projects with experience in pre-contract, procurement, and post contract activities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in CostX preferred
