Job Summary
Cost Manager needed in the Sheffield Real Estate team to guide clients and professional teams on iconic projects, delivering value from a qualitative and commercial perspective. Responsibilities include feasibility studies and procurement reporting, estimating and cost planning, tendering and procurement, managing post-contract cost variances and change control, conducting timely cost checks and valuations on larger projects, producing monthly post-contract cost reports, and inputting into value engineering. The role requires a proven track record in cost management/quantity surveying across the full project lifecycle, with professional qualification (RICS or similar) preferred and a degree or HNC level qualification.
