Cost Manager - Real Estate

Assist in preparing project cost estimates and the Project Cost Plan while managing project change orders and potential deviations from the contract. Oversee cost control, plan payments and collections, and review payment certifications to issue Payment Requests for client submission. Manage claims and legal implications regarding contracts with government entities, assist in defining contract closings, and support the project's financial close. Requires at least five years of construction cost control experience, knowledge of cost estimation, and bilingual Spanish and English skills. Work location is on-site at project locations and/or client offices.
