Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Construction Management

Advise clients on strategies, manage vendor prequalification, assess proposals and bids, and chair bid interviews. Develop full project estimates, review junior estimations, present value engineering recommendations, and validate costs against benchmark data. Establish reporting schedules, present cost forecasts, maintain commercial risk registers, and host periodic meetings with project teams and vendors. Manage cost control by reviewing payment applications, recommending contractor entitlements, and resolving change orders and contractual disputes. Monitor invoicing processes, conduct post-contract audits, and lead final accounting and close-out activities. Perform post-contract reviews to create lesson learned documents and training manuals, and develop procedures governing project handover. Utilize Bid Analysis Sheets, Change Control Forms, and cost estimation software to execute all duties. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required with 3–5 years of cost management experience in construction, including data center or MEP-intensive projects preferred.
