Job Summary
Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for large-scale data centre / mission-critical projects, focusing on CSA & MEP packages; manage RFQ/RFP, tendering, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations; draft and manage contracts; ensure alignment with cost plans and governance; coordinate with engineering/design teams; stakeholder and supplier management; ensure compliance with FIDIC/NEC; degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field; 6–10 years procurement experience in construction/infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field
- 6–10 years’ experience in procurement / commercial roles within construction or infrastructure
- Strong experience managing CSA & MEP procurement packages
- Familiarity with FIDIC / NEC contracts
