Job Summary

Cost Manager to join PureGym’s Property Development Team. Fully accountable for preparing, managing and reporting all financial costs associated with new gym development and/or refurbishment. Contribute to best-practice and continuous improvement within the team. Responsibilities include providing sound commercial judgement at key stages, producing detailed pre-acquisition cost plans and budgets, identifying and mitigating commercial risks, advising on contractual issues and material sourcing, tendering Main Contractor works, managing capex spend and driving efficiencies across design and procurement. The role requires strong numerical/analytical capability, experience delivering multi-site projects in leisure/hospitality/retail, and clear communication with senior stakeholders. Occasional in-office presence and hybrid working arrangement in London.

Required Qualifications

  • degree or post graduate qualification in Quantity Surveying
