Job Summary
Cost Manager responsible for providing commercial insight and cost leadership across a portfolio of infrastructure and capital works within the IOS Alliance. You will manage and control project costs from inception through to completion, provide accurate forecasting, reporting and financial analysis, work closely with project managers, engineers and supply chain partners, and identify risks and opportunities to improve value and efficiency. The role involves procurement support, contract management, and cost assurance activities within NEC3 contract frameworks, collaborating with Project Manager, Commercial Leads & Programme Delivery teams to ensure governance standards are met across Anglian Water and alliance partners Barhale, Kier and M Group.
