Cost Manager MEP (Local Projects)

Job Summary
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost models using historical data, CostX, and other tools. Track and reconcile project expenses, invoices, and cost reporting while performing risk and variance analysis to identify mitigation actions. Deliver regular dashboards, "cost to complete" tracking, and unite stakeholders on cost-performance. Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments, oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team. Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
Required Qualifications
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline
- Are chartered or are on the path to complete it
- Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
