Job Summary
Settle construction disputes and loss claims with transparency while resolving commercial issues and change orders quickly. Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments, then prepare final accounts to ensure clients receive best value from works undertaken. Oversee project spend by generating valuations and cost reports, clearly communicating variations to your team. Actively participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting. Support nimble project management through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
- A degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline
