Job Summary
Cost Manager (MEP) responsible for day-to-day management of AESG Cost Management project delivery, resource management, proposals, and client relations. Lead commercial meetings, mentor junior team members, support business development within the cost management division, and provide accurate cost advice and reporting. Responsibilities include project delivery oversight, forecasting, cost estimates, bid pricing, invoicing, and ensuring high-quality outputs while coordinating with operational teams and other managers to maintain financial control.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in a Quantity Surveying or Contracts related field

- Strong management and leadership experience in cost management
- Experience leading client engagements and commercial meetings
- Mentorship and development of junior staff
- Proven track record in cost management for construction projects
- Experience with bid pricing, cost forecasting, and invoicing
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver high-quality outputs
