Job Summary
Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor role in Berlin with hybrid working. You will be responsible for the commercial and contractual performance of Data Centre projects, including cost planning and estimating, post-contract and procurement duties, and ensuring value for money while complying with environmental, health, safety, security and quality standards. The role involves working across data centre projects with potential exposure to commercial activities in other sectors and requires collaboration with teams, delivery of customer service excellence, and active development of client accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline
- Mechanical & Electrical and Cost Management experience
- CSA Cost Management experience
- Data Centre experience
- Proven technical / project delivery experience
- Stakeholder management with a focus on developing client accounts
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Strong collaborative and customer service orientation
