Job Summary
Support Team Leaders and Service Leaders in the delivery of real estate-led developments, carrying day-to-day delivery responsibility with minimal supervision. Interpret client or senior manager briefs to convert them into delivery plans and demonstrate ownership of small to medium-sized projects or significant components of larger Cost Management assignments. Assist in coaching subordinate team members on service excellence while utilizing JLL best practice tools and technology to ensure accurate, timely work outputs. Comply with business risk and project delivery parameters, including agreed scope of service, and contribute to knowledge capture, service improvement, and innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Approx. 5 years of experience
- Proven track record of working in the cost management field
- Degree in related subject (BE / B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent)
- Location: On-site –Gurugram
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on American projects would be desirable
- MRICS would be advantageous
