Job Summary
Manage pre and post-contract duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement, tendering, and contract administration. Produce monthly post contract cost reports, perform cost risk analysis, and negotiate final accounts while interfacing with clients and consultants. Estimate and cost plan projects, manage variation and change control processes, and contribute to value engineering. This role requires on-site presence five days a week in Pamplona. Candidates must have a proven track record in cost management across the full construction project lifecycle and fluency in Spanish and business-level English.
Required Qualifications
- A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management / quantity surveying services across the full construction project lifecycle
- Fluent in Spanish and business level English
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently
- Must be on site 5 days a week in Pamplona
