Cost Manager - Data Centers

Cost Manager / QS with 5+ years of experience in cost estimation and management for construction projects, specifically data centers, with fluency in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include producing and presenting cost plans, feasibility studies, procurement documentation and bid analysis, post-contract cost management, value engineering, life cycle costing, client liaison, and leadership of cost management activities. Must understand mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems, civils, structural and architectural aspects, and possess strong presentation and communication skills. Experience leading cost management on medium to large, high-complexity projects and advising on value management and life cycle costing is required.
