Job Summary
Provide professional cost management and commercial advisory services across the full project lifecycle, supporting growth and diversification of the PDS Ireland service offering. Deliver high-quality cost planning, procurement and post-contract services to clients. Prepare detailed cost plans, manage tender processes, administer contracts, and monitor project budgets. Act as key client contact, support business development, and collaborate with teams for integrated solutions. Mentor junior members and contribute to strategic growth of Cost Consultancy.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar
- Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a consultancy environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction market and procurement routes
- Experience across commercial or mixed-use developments advantageous
- Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Strong report writing and analytical capability
