Job Summary
As a Cost Manager at Laminar Projects, you will supercharge client service by delivering innovative cost management using digital tools and overseeing all cost management aspects of construction projects. You will facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and of high quality. This role involves leading pre-construction estimating and post-contract cost management while developing scalable solutions to enhance project delivery. Strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Mastery in Cost Management with at least 10+ years of experience on construction projects
- Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages appreciated
- Leadership skills with a relentless approach to dealing with people
- Track record of making projects and organisations better beyond just basics
