Cost Manager - Commercial Developer

Job Summary
Conduct feasibility studies, estimate costs, and manage tendering processes including pre-qualification, preliminaries, and analysis. Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, handle variances and change control, and negotiate final accounts while interfacing with clients and consultants. Lead the cost management team, input learnings into the internal database, and track financial management using FMS. Identify new business opportunities, improve cost management procedures, and assess commission management quality. Requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, MRICS qualification, and UK Real Estate experience on new build and fit-out projects. SOX control responsibilities may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS qualified or working towards
- UK Cost Management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector
- Experience working on larger projects
- Experience working on new build and fit-out projects
- Excellent communication skills and client facing
- SOX control responsibilities
