Job Summary
Support financial operations for the Managed Services business unit across Atlantic Canada and Ontario by preparing monthly income statements, forecasts, and reports for the Director of Finance. Oversee customer invoicing activities, develop annual budgets and financial strategies, and monitor operational performance while ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls. Collaborate with Finance, Professional Services, and external partners to identify financial risks and provide insights for business improvements. This full-time role reports to the Director of Managed Services with a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Finance.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial information and support business decision-making
- Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
