Job Summary
Cost Estimator to join a leading global consultancy focusing on Life Sciences and Manufacturing. Lead client interactions, provide strategic, tactical, and technical cost advice, manage procurement processes, develop Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs) for project budgets, oversee procurement, cost reporting, change management, and post-contract cost variance analysis. Responsibilities include value management at project inception, post-contract cost checks and valuation, monthly cost reporting to clients, life cycle costing and value engineering, updating benchmarking data, and ensuring cost effectiveness across all project stages. Requires experience with capital programs, large multi-phase projects, and familiarity with alternative delivery methods like Design-Build and CMAR; degree in a relevant field with Master's/MBA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Degree (Master's or MBA preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading cost management for capital programs
- Experience with large, complex, and multi-phase projects in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Technology
- Knowledge of various project delivery methods, including Design-Build and CMAR
