Job Summary
Cost Estimator within the Global Delivery Management (GDM) team responsible for leading cost estimating efforts for data center projects across the EMEA region. Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and project budgets, build and continuously enhance a comprehensive cost database tailored to EMEA markets, and partner with internal stakeholders to support value engineering and cost optimization. The role requires experience in construction cost estimating, reading construction drawings and specifications, advanced Excel skills (MS Project, Word, Access familiarity), strong analytical and quantitative abilities, excellent communication, and fluency in French and English.
