Job Summary
Lead environmental remediation cost estimation efforts across projects using Sage Estimating and Excel; supervise junior staff, prepare estimate plans and ROIC/IRR forecasts, coordinate with subcontractors, and support proposal development. Requires 6+ years estimator-related experience (including environmental remediation), a Bachelor’s degree, state/federal background check, US citizenship, and ability to travel nationwide; remote work within the United States is available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration in Business AND 6+ years of estimator-related work experience (including environmental remediation) OR demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check
- US Citizenship required
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required
- Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Sage Estimating Software
- Ability to travel nationwide
- Estimator with experience preparing successful estimates on large environmental remediation projects (> $10M) preferred
- Remote work in US allowed
