Prepare detailed capital cost estimates for renewable energy projects, including EPC, development, permitting, interconnection, and indirect costs. Develop cost baselines and budgets based on feasibility studies, market benchmarks, supplier quotations, and engineering inputs. Monitor project expenditures and commitments against approved budgets, track cost variances, and conduct monthly cost forecasting and cash flow projections. Review and validate contractor and supplier invoices and change orders to ensure cost compliance, while preparing regular cost reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to refine estimates and validate assumptions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of experience in cost estimation and control, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors. Proficiency with cost management tools such as SAP, Oracle, PRISM, MS Excel, and project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project is essential.
