Job Summary
Cost Engineering & Sourcing Strategy Analyst drives cost-out opportunities by leveraging data from diverse sources (CTQ, vendor bids, market data) and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute cost-out strategies. Responsibilities include mining and synthesizing data from internal partners and third parties, monitoring commodity market shifts, evaluating negotiation gaps, building should-cost models, and guiding category and merchandising teams through cost-saving analyses. The role uses analytics tools (eRFx, Alteryx, Power BI, Excel) to evaluate bid scenarios, calculate cost savings and margin impacts, and prepare materials for vendor negotiations. Requires experience in sourcing, manufacturing-related domains, strong analytical thinking, and effective cross-functional communication. Educational preference is a Bachelor's or graduate degree. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience expected.
Required Qualifications

- Cross-functional collaboration experience
