Job Summary
As a Cost Engineer within MSH/ MSB Lean Manufacturing, responsibilities include managing and introducing cost improvement programs across High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), Multi-Chip Packages (MCP), and Low Power DRAM (LPDRAM) Component Assembly/Test/SSD. The engineer will perform month-end close activities, drive financial performance, partner with Finance for business planning, and act as the key integrator between Site Functional Teams and Central Cost Teams to ensure cost commitments are met. Strong qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields, proficiency in data visualization tools, familiarity with Lean principles, and experience in the semiconductor industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in cost, manufacturing, finance, or operations
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
