Cost Engineer/Calculator Ondergronds

Job Summary
Conduct detailed cost calculations for underground pipeline projects ranging from heat networks to large transport lines. Inventory required materials, equipment, labor, and subcontractors based on drawings and specifications. Analyze tender documents and supplier quotes to develop competitive, technically accurate proposals. Identify project risks and collaborate with engineering teams to implement cost-saving solutions. Visit project sites when necessary to assess on-site conditions accurately. Prepare clear budget reports and offer proposals while working closely with project leaders and procurement. Requires full-time employment with 25 vacation days and a B license; location preference is Papendrecht with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- HBO-opleiding of aantoonbaar werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische en commerciële richting
- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie als Calculator
- Ervaring met het opstellen van kostencalculaties
- Bekend in de procesindustrie en/of met waterbehandelingstechnologie
- Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden
- Nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- In staat om met verschillende stakeholders te schakelen
- Ervaring met calculatie- en projectsoftware
- Rijbewijs B
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
