Job Summary
The Cost Engineer will ensure contractual requirements are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle from the RFP phase to substantial completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with Project Engineers on scheduling and pricing, reviewing contracts for potential issues, developing risk management parameters, and maintaining contractual records. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills are essential. Additionally, the role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
