Job Summary
Monitor and analyze company costs, including operational, supply chain, and F&B costs while preparing cost reports, variance analysis, and budgeting forecasts. Track inventory costs to ensure accurate allocation, collaborate with procurement and operations teams to optimize efficiency, and review expenses for budget alignment. Support month-end closing with cost-related entries, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial procedures. Requires 2–5 years of experience in cost control within the F&B industry, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and advanced Excel skills. Based in Heliopolis, this role supports our FMCG import and distribution operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in cost control within the F&B industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of costing principles, especially food cost & inventory control
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
