Cost Controller Supervisor

Conduct physical inventories for food and beverage and retail areas, inputting all receipts into the inventory and purchasing systems. Analyze product mix, margins, and guest preference data to support operations staff, while investigating measurement unit issues and price variances. Update inventory requisitions, maintain master cost files, and perform random checks to verify product storage and security. Follow company policies, protect assets and guest privacy, and communicate professionally with team members. Requires high school diploma, one year of related experience, and ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
