Job Summary
Cost Controller responsible for performing physical inventories for food and beverage and retail areas, analyzing product mix and guest preference information to inform operations about merchandising impact on revenue, inputting prices and menu changes into the POS system, recording receipts of all products into inventory and purchasing systems, investigating measurement-unit issues and price variances, updating inventory requisitions, assisting in calculating potential cost of sale ratios, maintaining master cost files and receipts, and conducting random checks to ensure proper storage and security. Requires professional communication, adherence to policies, confidentiality, asset protection, and teamwork; physical ability to move objects up to 10 pounds and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- None license or certification required
