Cost Controller

Audit materials management department activities, prepare daily and monthly cost of sales reports, and track General Stores issues against budget. Check data entry accuracy for material management employees and correct discrepancies. Audit inventory transactions for commissary and outlet kitchens to ensure control and costing accuracy. Maintain precise inventory records, perform month-end stock counts, reconcile variances, and execute balance sheet reconciliations for inventory assets. Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting, two years of hospitality experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
