Job Summary
Conduct accurate menu costing, pricing, and recipe evaluation for all new items while establishing par stock levels for F&B outlets and beverage stores. Perform physical inventory counts, reconcile month-end records with the general ledger, and audit sales information to ensure no irregularities or pilferages occur. Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports, analyze POS-generated sales data, and oversee receiving officers to enforce control policies. Make suggestions for cost control improvements and perform daily reconciliations using provided reports. Key member in procurement system conversion and perform duties as required by senior F&B leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in finance
- 5 star luxury environments
- Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to undertake further development
- Exceptional people and communication skills
- The highest level of attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Microsoft Office expertise to Intermediate or Advanced level
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in preparing, writing and proofing advertising copy
- An affinity with technology in relation to Press Release distribution
