Cost Control Manager (The Ellinikon Mall)

Monitor and coordinate all cost parameters for the project in collaboration with the Project Director. Analyze contract requirements to develop detailed schedules and prepare bid programs according to company procedures. Provide cost estimates for project activities, collect final data, and report variances while maintaining updated schedules. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports gathering information from various project functions. Update the Cost Control Report (CCR) quarterly and support the Contract Manager on scheduling and control matters. Inform senior management of critical issues and propose solutions while tracking contractual milestones and project progress.
