Cost Control Lead

Cost Lead focused on cost management and cost control within large capital programs in the energy/natural resources sector. Responsibilities include developing and implementing cost governance frameworks, tracking baselines/actuals/forecasts, establishing CBS aligned to WBS, leading monthly cost control activities (validation, ETC/EAC forecast, variance analysis, management commentary), developing dashboards, applying Earned Value Management where applicable, managing contingency drawdown and cost risks, supporting change control, validating contractor/subcontractor cost submissions, and providing cost input to procurement and contract administration.
