Job Summary
Cost Control Executive responsible for performing physical inventories of food, beverage, and retail areas; conducting routine analysis of product mix, margins, and guest preferences to help operations understand revenue impact; inputting prices and menu changes in the POS system; recording receipts of all inventory into purchasing systems; investigating measurement unit issues and price variances; updating inventory requisitions; assisting in calculating potential cost of sale ratios; maintaining master cost files and performing random checks to ensure proper storage and asset protection; adheres to company policies, maintains professional communication, and supports team goals with confidentiality and security of guest and coworker information; no supervisory responsibilities required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
