Cost Control Executive

Job Summary
Cost Control Executive with responsibility for calculating costs of food and beverage items and for short- and long-term planning of F&B controlling and pricing. Manages all stores to ensure inventory meets operational requirements and records transactions accurately. Performs physical counts of storeroom stocks and reconciles month-end balances with the general ledger. Reports daily and monthly F&B costs with analysis on variances (cost of sales ratios, slow-moving items, breakage and loss). Prepares the Cost Controller's Report and performs other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry (preferably luxury segment)
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, POS, Future Log or its equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Serviced oriented with an eye for details/
- Ability to work independently and show initiative in a dynamic environment
