Job Summary
Cost Control Analyst responsible for validating and controlling invoices and documenting subtenant recharges related to operating costs for Cushman & Wakefield's GOS clients. Role involves supporting cost control targets, invoice review/authorization, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, performing reconciliations and financial amendments, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures. Strong emphasis on data analysis, problem solving, communication, and collaboration across departments, with duties spanning daily BAU tasks, issue identification, and regular reporting on property expenditures.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/MSC degree required or equivalent real estate operation experience in international environment
- Finance/economics degree is an advantage
- English language intermediate; other European languages advantageous
- Strong IT literacy; MS Office proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team; operates under high pressure; proactive and willing to learn
- Flexibility during times of change; ability to prioritize and execute tasks
