Cost Consultant, Infrastructure

Manage core cost management functions for construction projects, including estimating, rate analysis, and developing final cost plans. Lead tendering and procurement activities by managing pre-qualification stages, producing tender lists, and compiling contractual documents. Address post-contract cost variances and support change control processes while producing monthly post-contract cost reports for client presentations. Collaborate with clients and other consultants across all project stages, contribute to value engineering exercises, and improve internal cost management procedures. Ensure key learnings from commissions are input into the Turner & Townsend internal database. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying with minimum 5 years' experience, native-level Cantonese proficiency, and business-level English.
