Job Summary
Conduct cost and commercial audits to review supply chain compliance, perform actual audits on monthly invoices, and support payroll audits. Analyze complex construction contracts and contractor ERP systems using data visualization tools like PowerBi and Tableau to extract insights from large datasets. Produce written findings reports that deliver key recommendations and engage with the supply chain to foster collaboration on project assurance. Requires 3-5 years of audit or accounting experience, a relevant degree, and professional body membership. Full-time role with a base salary of $75,000-$120,000, offering health benefits, learning budgets, and flexible hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of Audit/Accounting experience
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
- Holds or working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent (i.e., ACCA, CPA,CFA etc.)
- Demonstrable experience of delivering service excellence to clients
- Assurance or audit - in a construction, commercial or accountancy setting
- Assessment of accuracy and entitlement to cost
- Ability to work autonomously and in fast-paced environment, and able to adapt and meet challenges as they develop during the delivery stage
Desired Qualifications
- The ability to extract, interrogate and assess large data sets to problem solve and produce outputs that can be used in the decision-making process
- Data analysis – ability to review and draw insights from large quantities of data in various formats – PowerBi/Tableau experience preferred
- Supporting on report writing – communicating complex messages succinctly to maximize impact in written formats
- Fostering good quality working relationships with clients and those being reviewed built around trust and professionalism
- Engaging with the supply chain to take them on the journey of assurance and encourage collaboration at project/program level
