Job Summary
The Cost and Production Analyst (CPA) will be responsible for calculating the profitability of the factories, ensuring the calculation, tracking, and consistency of standard costs, and acting as the financial reference within the industrial site. Key responsibilities include updating standard costs bi-annually, managing site assets such as inventory, reconciling production reports, mastering P&L for each factory, and providing financial data to operational managers. The role requires strong knowledge of industrial processes, accounting principles, and financial management, alongside proficiency in financial software and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an accountant or management controller (minimum 5 years)
- Minimum bac+3 in accounting; ideally a master's in accounting/finance

- Knowledge of industrial processes and cost management principles
- Strong accounting principles knowledge (GAAP, IFRS)
- Ability to manage complex financial information and risks
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Experience in controlling management
