Job Summary
Lead end-to-end strategic procurement across agile categories, align sourcing strategies with cost-to-income targets, manage mergers and acquisitions-related cost due diligence and post-deal integration or separation of suppliers/contracts, develop robust business cases, and deliver cost transformation through reporting dashboards and MI to senior stakeholders while ensuring third-party risk, regulatory compliance, and value-for-money. Drive supplier relationship management, model-based cost scenarios, and ensure compliance with UK contract law and outsourcing regulations; collaborate with stakeholders to optimise the bank’s cost base through governance, budgeting, and cost performance insights.

- Significant experience leading high-value, high-risk strategic sourcing and cost optimisation initiatives in a regulated financial services environment
