Job Summary
Lead cost management and estimating functions for a UK-wide hospital construction programme, ensuring control of the approved baseline and supporting resolution of commercial matters. Provide detailed cost analysis and reporting to support commercial decision-making, manage risk assessment for changes, and verify scheme cost status for delivery project leads. Engage with Trusts, contractors, and advisors to maintain robust reporting and drive cost savings and predictability. Contribute to business case reviews, change control processes, and the adoption of client tools to enhance future performance. Support regional team growth through mentorship and networking while adhering to SOX control responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant technical qualification with demonstrable track record in delivering major projects and programmes of significant value and complexity
- Strong client-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Working towards or holding an applicable professional qualification
- Experience in construction consultancy, healthcare/life science projects, or digital software for project management
